Slight Oil Burn on my face, how to prevent scar?

Yesterday when I was cooking, a drop of oil jumped on my face. And I immediately swept the oil with my finger and saw a small piece of skin also came off. Now there is a bean size of exposed/red spot on my face, and I am really scared of getting a permanent scare.





Is there anything that I can do to make sure that my face would be scare-free?
