We use cooking oil to prevent the food from burning. But someone tell me why the hot oil doesn't burn the food like the hot pan does. Why does hot oil not burn food, but a hot pan does?
The hot pan localizes the heat on one part of the food , the hot oil spreads the heat out. The hot oil also circulates to provide a more even heat.
If you leave something in a deep fryer it will burn, but its an all-over burn. Why does hot oil not burn food, but a hot pan does?
probably b/c oil has a higher burning point as where an empty pan doesnt really have a burning point. remeber food has a higer burning point too b/c to burn it u have to go past cooking it.
because the oil gos on the pn to burn it after u put the whatever in the pot!!!!!!! DUHHH!!! it wouldnt burnn itttttt
it do burn all things burn
It will eventually, it just takes longer than directly on a hot pan.
hot oil burns food too if you leave it in there too long.
