Chevy 305 motor runs good but burning oil in only one tailpipe other tailpipe does not burn oil at all?

i changed the valve covers about 8 months ago and the problem stopped and just last week i took it on the e-way and it started to smoke bad in the same pipe if it was my heads my car would smoke out of both pipes right?could it be my valves again help! pleaseChevy 305 motor runs good but burning oil in only one tailpipe other tailpipe does not burn oil at all?
it might be that the drain holes are clogged up on that side and oil is running down on the valves. take the valve pan off and run a coat hanger down through the drain hole to make sure they are opened all the way.Chevy 305 motor runs good but burning oil in only one tailpipe other tailpipe does not burn oil at all?
could be the valve seals on the valve stem, thngs that prevent oil from leaking into cyclinder or perhaps cyclinder head gasket could not be properly sealed
Your valves are in the head. It could be a valve, valve seal or rings on any of the four cylinders on the smoking pipe side.
