Gas is cheaper! How can one come up with a blend of gas, fuel oil and something else to cut the cost of heating a home without blowing yourself up?What ratio of unleaded gas to fuel oil can you mix to burn in fuel oil furnace?
the ratio would be none.. a proper tune up or maybe a new unit. today it is all about effieciency. i know it doesnt help when it cost almost 1400 dollars to fill a 275 oil tank.. have you thought about supplemental tho?? pellet or wood stove?? just sum ideas for off setting costWhat ratio of unleaded gas to fuel oil can you mix to burn in fuel oil furnace?
DON'T use GAS!!!!!!!!!!!! What are you trying to do, blow up the house? You cannot mix anything with fuel oil that is safe.
