What are the types of Burn out in oil and gas companies?

If you are referring to the concept of one losing incentive as a blue collar worker,

For the blue collar worker in general, there is tedium and an inability to express one's self in a creative manner. That causes burn out in many people.

To be satisfied with a job, we need to feel that we have some independence in the application of solutions to the problem at hand. The oil and gas company labor force is usually not afforded that opportunity.

In addition, the physical danger and social isolation involved with these particular industries does not usually offset the extra payments one receives for enduring those hardships.
